Hotel Maison del Embajador

Room was lovely but no hot or even warm water, lock box broken & only 2 hangers

The property was OK; the bed mattress was uncomfortable and appeared old. To be fair, we only stayed there one night. Safe location.

I ordered a triple-room, but all hotels on our trip have only twin-rooms! No extra-bed available. Room was comfortable and clean, but safe and toilet defect. Garden not very clean - could not find the house, because outside not as nice looking as foto - construction-works outside.

Location was perfect. They have family rooms to accomadate larger families. Buffet breakfast was simple but good and cheap.

Mexican-style breakfast buffet. Walkable to main plaza, many choices of restaurants nearby, as well as historical center.

I enjoyed my stay at the Maison because he hotel was very clean, my room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The facilities were well kept and it was very nice to jump in the pool after a hot day. In addition, the property is a few blocks from downtown and all it’s amenities. A big thank you to he staff, especially Domi Barboza, she was very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Everything is pretty walking distance and a few blocks away from the Plaza Grande

This was the fifth hotel we stayed in as we hopped around Yucatan this summer. It had the best shower and hot water out of all our stays. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were still intermediate spanish-speakers by the time we stayed here, but they were great anyway. The only drawbacks were a weak and inconsistent wifi connection, and no laundry service. But location, cleanliness, proximity to restaurants, the rest of the ammenities, etc, were fantastic.

Such a cute hotel! The pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing. The air conditioning worked very well in our room. The hotel was right in the middle of restaurants and shopping and entertainment.
