Buen hotel
Muy bien el hotel creo lo remodelaron pero sigue con áreas que se ven un poco anticuadas, el hotel italiano muy rico pero uno se siente en un sótano no se, albercas jacussi y demás además de la playa increíble si regresaría pero falta un poco de más remodelacion

The property itself is great. The pool is great and the beach is nice. The majority of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The spa was great. The food wasn't too good. It wasn't bad but not what I was hoping for given the price. I've stayed at a cheaper all inclusive in Riviera Maya and the food there was way better. The Japanese restaurant is by far the best restaurant. I wish we would have just gone there every night. The buffet is hit or miss depending on the day. Our shower was leaking into the room and I informed them but it was never fixed while we were there.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They make you feel like family. Food was good, especially dinner on the beach. Coffee shop had the best lattes. The overall grounds are beautiful and well kept. Can’t say enough about this resort…our new fav!

We arrived on the first day of the Hyatt Zilara , and I was wildly impressed, everything was stylish and clean , the staff was exceptional and went above and beyond during our stay ! The food was delicious , I can’t say enough great things about this resort and I can’t wait to return !
