Hotel Best Aranea

Great price value for a simple,solo person travel need. Good breakfast. Location pretty good. Can walk or metro everywhere. Double bed comfortable. Room and hotel clean. Pleasant, helpful staff. Located in a modest, safe neighborhood with a couple good restaurants and cafes.

The bedrooms look a lot bigger in the photographs,we were upgraded to a bigger room but I would not like to stay in the normal rooms for a week.The upgrade also gave us free tea/coffee & a front outlook.There is a good bus service within a couple of streets to take you to many different areas in Barcelona.

Stayed for three nights on our honeymoon. Location is pretty good, but you need to walk at least 10 minutes to either of the closest metro stations. Quite close to Sagrada Familia which was great. Room is a bit small, and it's a busy street for traffic so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. Front desk staff was good and breakfast was quite good as well. I would consider staying again.

The hotel was not very good at all. The bed was pretty bad, there was a stain right on the sheet under my pillow, the pillows were hard, the air conditioner bearly kept us cool, and to top it off, there were 5 annoying flys flying around the room. We don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not be going back there again.

A bit small and the bathroom was always very hot because there was only air conditioning in the bedroom, but overall a good stay!
