Would stay again
One night stay, did not eat bf so no opinion on the quality of food, could reserve pool area for 60mins per suite, bed was comfy, room was a good size, having microwave and fridge is very convenient.
Ask for receipt at check out. We has 3 market purchases charged to our room. Which we did not consume. However, we pointed it out as soon as I saw it on receipt and we were still on the property. Front desk was very polite and nice about it and got it taken care of. They explained likely done by “young girls” who gave out the incorrect room number. So, they don’t ask for proof of room number when charging market purchases. However, it was resolved and we would stay here again.

Kind of a rip off
Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days. It was a good clean room. They did not offer wifi unless you were a Marriott member? That is cheap. We had 5 in our room and they only provided breakfast for 3? When I asked about this, I was told they give out the number of breakfasts the room is intended for...what?? This was a room with 2 Queen beds and a couch that has room for 2 more! That means 6 people could sleep in this room, and is intended for up to that many. So 3 got breakfast the other two had to watch them eat until able to purchase our own breakfast. Also I feel the pet fee of $75 is a little steep...overall good place, but they cheap out on the details!

People working front desk did not seem all that with it, were rarely actually available or even present, and were not friendly.

Avoid this place
After having 2 rooms aconditioners break.. and moving my room once , no one seemed to care. Also found out one washing machine doesn't work... with no plans to fix it. Also laundry room smells like a natural gas leak! And not to mention my toilet leaked all night... you think ill get some money back...i doubt it..i don't care how they want a review while I'm there so they can treat me bad.. what a horrible way to treat customers!

Awful, we arrived at night, I could barely understand what the front desk lady said, she spoke very softly and we asked her to repeat and she kept talking in the same way, we got to the room and it was dirty, the pool was closed by the covid, I understand the rules but I consider they should be put on the website to be aware that there is no pool, on the contrary they announce that their hotel has a pool and hot tub.
The "clean" towels in the room had long hairs, you have to order breakfast and that was something they never told us. overall it was a very bad experience

Understandably, there are restrictions on amenities due to COVID-19, but we felt like the room itself was lacking in sanitation and cleanliness. With no room service coming during our 3 day stay, we hoped our room would have had a much deeper clean before we checked in. Front desk staff was friendly.

Got to Sringhill Suites. Pipes has busted so they rebooked us to another hotel. Moved all our stuff. Original booking we paid for breakfast. No breakfast available at new hotel but they said they could not do anything or help us since we booked through Hotels.com.
