Quality Inn & Suites El Paso I-10

I will never stay there again. Its more of a truckers layover than a hotel. The fire alarm was triggered and found that almost all of the smoke detectors on my floor were triggered. The elevator was not in good condition and it did not have a load limit sign nor an inspection certificate posted. I knew it may not be a very good hotel when i saw the receptionists folding the hotel's towels. The room was also very small. I would recommend that this property be removed from your list.

The only issue I had was with the elevator. It is SOOOO slow..I ended up taking the stairs twice

Well its clean, No pests, its quiet, the guests were quite nice, the desk clerks quite nice, but the creepy old guy hawking the desk clerks was eyes rolling for me, he was either security, maintenance or staff mber but he was useless when it came to even giving a rats ass about my needs for a baggage cart

Very pleasant. Great breakfast to start the day. Clean. Beds very comfortable.

The rooms were simple, mostly clean. The walls had some scratches. The receptionist we encountered was super friendly and informative. My only complaint is our neighbors were overly noisy, but we eventually got some sleep.
