Everything went perfect expect it was a bit noisy at night

Staff not very helpful. Understandable due to current climate. Room was nice and clean.

Got this room for my aunt and grandmother. They said their room was dirty, could see all sorts of spills on the walls that were never cleaned. Leather headboard was scratched up and ruined. Room was very small. They are both disabled but had to park on the street because the hotel charges $35 to park, and would not allow them to park in their lot even with their handicap placard and the lot being totally empty. The management was rude and unhelpful.

there was no hot water in the showers, and the whole hotel smelled like weed, the location was fine but the facilities were not... i don't recommend it at all.

The room was dirty we changed rooms 3 different times. We found blood on the sheets and the other sheets had large brown circles on the comforter. The front desk woman did try her best to help. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a refund it was so late that we couldn’t just book a room somewhere else. We ended up sleeping fully dress on top of the sheets of one of the cleanest rooms out of 7 we checked. We disinfected the room ourselves non of the rooms are sanitized wish we could of canceled our stay but it was pre paid for and there’s no refunds available.

I don’t know where to start.... I brought my daughter to California as a gift for her 13th bday and a reward for honor roll all year. We aren’t “picky” people but expected things to be clean. Especially with the covid crisis. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Upon arrival , our sheets were urine stained , with obviously fresh cigarette burns in the comforter. Also, the floor hadn’t been mopped in months , it left our feet brown on the bottom from walking around the room. The coffeemaker didn’t work , no ice bucket, and fridge didn’t work to cool even a bottle of water. When went to get ice we were given a trash bag (bathroom size) with enough ice for a cup. Lol We brought our sheets to the overnight employee who was extremely professional and was told our room would have a DEEP CLEAN by housekeeping the next day. The following morning housekeeping comes to clean the room and another employee, Darlene (the laundry woman) came to my door in room 110 and stated, “all the sheets have stains and burns but are clean.😑 Darlene also told my daughter and I ,that the “DEEP CLEAN” would not , and could not even happen. So I went to speak to the manager , Jay who was very friendly and polite and he handled the situation and got my room cleaned. Next day our room wasn’t cleaned at all even tho I requested it, To be totally honest I don’t normally review things but this place was AWFUL and dirty beyond what u could imagine. The pictures are EXTREMELY misleading.

I liked the top deck where u can go up and enjoy the view and relax and also have a drink watch some tv the top deck made it a especially winner for me...

Do not stay here bad customer service rude manager

The hotel is just like it is on the pictures, amazing. From the structure of the hotel to the cleanliness everything was great!

The hotel was in a good location for tourists. Issues included no curtain which allowed the bright neon lights of the Guitar store across the road to shine into the room at night. The room was not cleaned well, with plastic left on the ground one night. The shower mat was not replaced one night and the tissue box which was empty was not replaced. There was a 2L half finished milk bottle on the table on the first day, and a half packet of disposable razors in a drawer.
