The space
The Maple Suite is a modern and stylish guest suite in a private part of our apartment! Your space includes a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a Kitchenette (including a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware), desk, washer/dryer & much more!
Guest access
You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.
The neighborhood
After you're settled into your room and ready to explore, one block around the corner and you're at Denver's South Broadway restaurant, bars, and boutique shopping hot spot. You'll find everything between dive bars, take out, to high-end dining within five blocks.
A ten minute drive north will bring you downtown and five more minutes will bring you to RiNo, Denver’s art district lined with great breweries, restaurants, and street art
Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
