This kid-friendly apartment boasts a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and many amenities.
The space
While there are a ton of amazing dining options within walking distance, if you prefer to do it yourself, walk to the near-by Eastern Market farmer's market or Trader Joe's, and make use of this full kitchen with all the basic kitchenware stocked. Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dish washer, in-sink garbage disposal, oven and 4-burner range. Basic kitchenware includes pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups and glassware.
Please note: While this basement unit has gone through extensive renovations, our home was built in 1910. We do our best to prevent noise while hosting, but guests can still expect to hear footsteps and muffled noise from the main floor above. This, of course, is common for most rentals in this neighborhood, as the vast majority of homes were built around the same period.
