We enjoyed our stay at this apartment - it is a brand new apartment that was very clean, neat and simple decor, with good communication from the owners and a good location. We liked the clear instructions we received directing us to self-check in (note, you have to complete the online check in to access directions which is unusual for an Expedia hotel and might be difficult without a sim-card). We have rated this stay 4-stars (borderline 3-stars) because there were a few issues during our stay - however these things could be easily fixed and increase this stay to a 5-star stay:
1) The shower needs replacement/repair. The shower head although brand new was broken on our arrival. There was a plastic over-lay to the shower head which contained the holes for water - this had basically disconnected from the shower head spurting water everywhere. The shower-head bracket also was not tightened properly, meaning the shower head just kept dropping onto the floor and would not remain held in the bracket on the wall.
2) There were no utensils in the apartment despite having a microwave, coffee machine and kettle (there were 2x drinking glasses and 2x wine glasses). A basic sets of cutlery and plate/bowl/mug would go a long way to make these facilities useful
3) Our TV was not working. The owner Aju was very attentive and attended our room at ~10pm to try to fix it, but it was unable to be fixed. A repair-man told us he would return at 10am in the morning to fix it, but never returned
