The hotel is brand new, opened a couple of months ago. Very well made and clean.
Unfortunately many things went wrong during our stay:
- Wrong check-in, I booked a room with two beds but I was told I did it wrong (even though on Expedia it said two beds) and that type of room doesn’t exist. They gave us two different rooms then, one of which was already occupied by somebody, when we entered this lady was with pajama on her bed, reception gave us a different one acknowledging the mistake.
One day prior our departure a security guy came in our room at around 1pm and asked us to check out immediately as we were late, we kindly told him that we were checking out the day after that, so he left.
There has been no housekeeping, on any of the three days we stayed in the hotel, there is actually no signage on the door either to communicate.
There was no trash can in the room at all, it sounds silly but literally nowhere to throw away garbage
On Expedia it is said that there is Free Breakfast, we consumed it every morning, a very poor one as hotel attendants don’t refill anything (not even clean coffee mugs). During check-out I was asked to pay 72 euros for all the breakfast, which I refused to do it, showing that on the Expedia reservation it said “Free Breakfast”.
Overall very new but disorganized place, no communication at all.
