Great caravan and smooth booking process
The staff at the booking agency were super helpful, i called after i paid for the booking. I did get skepticle with the odd bad review on this website so i called them to which the lady answered all my questions without an issue... me my wife and 2 kids were really pleased with the 8 berth caravan provided it was the same as my mother in law has at tattershall lakes, which is quite modern. It was clean to a decent standard (a lot better than i expected after reading the bad reviews)
We booked very last minute, which was around 5:30pm, i called the phone number provided, the lady on the other end answered all my questions and text me what i had to do next to pay the damage deposit, once paid we got all the info via the email i provided with the key code for the key safe... was a smooth process and will be using these guys again!
A big shout out to the woman on the phone (forgot her name i apologise) she had a ton of patience to which she bared with me answering everything, super helpful. thanks again!
