Aangenaam verblijf. Uitstekende ligging: station en busterminaal vlakbij. Grote aangename kamers met airconditioning en goede Wi-Fi. Gratis ontbijt uitstekend.Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

From start to finish we felt completely safe in these uncertain times.Excellent staff made very welcome.Spotlessly clean throughout.Good standard of breakfast very well planned & served.Will be back it was very good value & praise is well deserved.

My son and myself stayed for two and half months while awaiting completion of a house. As you can imagine we became part of the furniture after so long. The staff members began to feel like family and they all treated us in the same way. Even through the lockdown November/December and with reduced staff they still maintained a high level and standard of professionalism. Our thanks go out to Alison who kept us up to date with the constant changes taking place at such a stressful time! We'll be back for our Christmas drink once things improve!

The Holiday Inn Express website explained all the Covid 19 measures in place such as deep cleaning, no maid service etc. which was fine, but in reality it didn't look great and the first morning I was going to make a cup of tea, but the kettle was absolutely disgusting with a 25mm of black liquid inside. The management replaced the kettle with a very clean one and gave us some free coffees, but it underlined that the cleaning regime was as poor as our first impressions gave us. We'll have to stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect location for the centre of town . Clean and very friendly staff.

I got to the hotel room needing to use the toilet. There was pee and toilet paper in the toilet and the toilet paper wan’t folded as per normal standards to indicate that the toilet was clean either. I called the reception with no answer, my husband went down stairs and personally asked for the toilet to be cleaned within 30mins. He was told it can’t be done in 30mins so he asked for a new room. The second room was ok, but it had hair all over the sofa, there was a few in bed and a few more in the shower. I wouldn’t go back. We are in the middle of a pandemic, if these are their standards I am in shock. I won’t even mention about the carpet not being hoovered properly and the Rest minor stuff.

We enjoyed our stay at hull and will definitely come back.

Accommodation was fair though breakfast options could be improved.

I felt very safe and comfortable at all times.

It was a noise-free, calm ambience and a great view from my room. What I did not really understand that the hospitality people did not do a cleaning of the room despite telling them on reception. They just left the new towels and some tea ingredients outside my room. Also, the TV was not working despite multiple attempts to switch it on, had consulted the reception as well, but no luck.
