TRS Turquesa Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Topvakantie beleefd! Dit hotel doet er alles aan om de gasten te verwennen tot in de puntjes. Het hele team is uiterst vriendelijk. De swimup-kamers zijn ongelooflijk mooi en sfeervol. Het hele domein is uiterst verzorgd. De restaurants enorm lekker. Elke dag kreeft, langousten of filet pure, alles zonder bijbetalen. Elke dag gastronomisch feest.... Premium dranken overal, zelfs flessen op de kamer. Overal shows, party's of optredens. We hebben ons geen moment verveeld en kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren.

Property is old and outdated Can not be rated as 9/10 that is deceiving We were awakened at 8 am by phone call from the concierge to see us promotions, then ambushed out of the room on the way to breakfast to be taken for activity promotion which was not right.

This resort is beautiful. Pool, beach, ambiance, restaurants, staff were all amazing. Our only disappointment was not being told ahead of time some of the resort was not open due to covid. Our restaurant selection was limited, majority of pools did not have open bars, there were only a few activities available during our 10 night stay, and the spa steam and mud rooms were not open.

This property wasn't as nice as the reviews describe. I've stayed at a few all-inclusives in Punta Cana that were quite a bit less expensive and much nicer. The negatives: The rooms needed to be refreshed, the workmanship was sloppy which detracted from the place, even with few people at the resort (Coronavirus) the staff were slow to fill glasses with water etc (frustrating to work hard to catch their attention to make a request, then see them standing idly by why I waited). The food was the exact same items ALL the time- even the largest buffet only had approx 30 entree items and they didn't change all week. Indicative of the quality, there was no real coffee machines in the resort- cartridges (even at their cafe) are not what you expect from a high end place. The all inclusive Grand Bahia down the street was much nicer and 1/2 the price.

It was rare to see a staff member without a smile on his or her face. They all seemed to truly enjoy what they do. The motto "from guest to family" is embraced by all, especially by our 'butler' Judith. She was truly an amazing blessing.

Every guest was assigned a “butler” . These guys were awesome! The property is very large, and spread out, but these guys helped coordinate, line up rides, and make it awesome!

Excellent place we really enjoyed it a lot, excellent service and great experience and food. Overall excellent. Don't waste your time with the guys from Travel Club they just want to sell you membership. We didn't and we saw a lot of couples went with them.

Ok..expected ocean view and no ocean view. Rooms were just ok.
