Great stay, excellent location and service
We stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary. They didn’t know that, but upgraded our room to a jr suite. It was very modern and clean. If you like firm beds, you will enjoy it. It’s a great location across from the train station and around the corner is a sandwich shop that has very reasonable prices. The free buffet breakfast had a lot of variety.

Excellent location right opposite Milan Central Station which is very handy for those travelling Italy by train. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Quick find great stay
The hotel is conveniently downtown. They have a buffet for breakfast which is great. Dinner was upstairs which was nice. I’ll stay there again.

I called and asked for several things, standard, and on arrival, not only were they not available, the front staff was also pretty rude about it. The room was very worn, with wood trim being chipped, and the carpet stained. The dinner (which is included in the stay) charges for even water, 5 euros, which for 4 people, just makes it easier to go out, considering the quality of the meal. But I must say that the night shift from desk workers were very nice.

The only good thing about this hotel was it proximity to the central station. Staff were rude and encountered them making racists remarks to some Chinese tourists at the check in counter. Totally unacceptable for service staff. Room and facilities were ok but would there are definitely better hotel options available for the same price range. Would not return.
