We had an amazing stay in the off season of Positano, the hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was AMAZING! They held our luggage all day, and gave us all the best places to go during the off season, and even arranged dinner plans for us! We l loved our stay here!

It was an amazing experience and would highly recommend the hotel and location to anyone visiting Positano for the first time. Loved it! The staff were really polite and helpful and the beautiful view whilst having breakfast was priceless.

Amazing property with a great view and awesome service in all they do. The hotel restaurant provided superb food and the wait staff was very attentive. But the best employee that they have is the porter who will carry all your bags up the 100 steps to your the front door and then while you’re receiving the tour of the property, he carries them to your room and all with a honest smile.

Amazing hotel, with a great view. Our time in the hotel was nearly perfect, from the arrival champagne, to the help booking tours. The only thing you need to be aware of, is that this hotel is about 35 flights of stairs up from the beach. We're young and in good shape, but my goodness it's a lot of flights. Plan your arrival accordingly, as we carried suitcases up all those stairs. Once you are there though, it's fantastic. Highly recommend.

We were greeted upon arrival with smiles and a tray of ice water after making the climb up from the main dock. The staff is what makes this hotel shine; very professional, kind and eager to please. The overall condition of the hotel is lacking but the views, food and staff make up for it. The jacuzzi was broken for our entire stay. It would have been nice to enjoy it along with the views which are spectacular! Some advice for staying here... grab a porter at the dock , they wear blue shirts typically and will take your larger suitcases up to the front desk for 10 euro each. Trust me, it’s well worth it. It’s over 100 steps up from the road IF you take the bus. Using a porter will save you time and a ton of energy. We saw several people trying to make it up the hill and then all the steps on their own and they looked miserable. Just a thought!

It s a climb to get to the hotel. Glad they have a porter to take the luggages up to the hotel.

You must be a billy goat to climb the 150 steps to the hotel. Once there the staff was very pleasant and helpful except for the manager who was less accommodating or flexible. The rooms on the 1st floor are much less desirable than the 4th floor as they have better views and a balcony to sit. The food was outstanding. A hotel in the middle or lower levels of the mountain might be more appealing to some.

Amazing views! Clean rooms with a very comfortable bed , which was hard to find in Italy.

Staff was incredible! We were placed on the Villa, which was not a part of the main hotel building. To get to reception, the sun desk and breakfast, it was 6 flights of stairs. What we disliked more was that the walls between the rooms in the Villas were very thin. All neighboring room conversations could be heard in all areas of our room. We also were not sure, but think the bottom most floor includes residents (not hotel guests), who had two dogs that would bark anytime a guest walked into the complex. Overall for a serene location like Positano, between barking dogs downstairs and neighbor conversations at 2am, it was not as reading a stay as we hoped.
