HM Tropical Hotel

Nice hotel for mass tourism. Nice facilitairs, clean and well mantained. Room is quite small especially when you ASK for and extra bed. Employees very polite and helpfull. Overall: good hotel nothing to complaint about. You get what you expect.

It was closed and I was not notified prior to my arrival. I was dropped at the barricaded front door without notice that the hotel was closed. I very SMALL 3/5 postcard was on the door stating my reservations had been forwarded to HM Fiesta ... have a brief walk on us. At the HM Fiesta, I was not on the dinner "list" and could not eat in the Hotel ... never did figure that one out. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The HM Fiesta was a beautiful hotel, spotless rooms but not happy about all of the confusion around the reserations.

Great hotel fabulous facilities but definitely not kids friendly most guest was elderly and moody kept looking at us as if we weren’t allow kids in. Overall I would definitely go there again on a romantic basis excellent view and location.

The third time I stayed at this hotel. No record of previous stays, no upgrade or nice welcome. Most of the staff are unhappy and moody. Everything you ask for, seems an inconvenience... Evening entertainment very poor. We were all inclusive, which clearly means sub-standard spirits and cocktails. Only the pay as you go customers get the quality spirits and the smile! Very disappointing.

Lovely, clean and modern hotel

Really nice hotel in the more quiet and calm end of Platja de Palma. Only downside was that the AC seemed to be in winter mode as the coldest setting made the room warmer than not turning it on. Had to sleep with the balcony door slightly open. Breakfast and service was great.

Only criticism is they need to provide a greater variety of snacks between meals for all inclusive customers, overall a lovely stay

The hotel was very squared away, pool, bar restaurant were all very nice. They let us keep our bags in storage after checking out, and we were also able to use the showers etc so we could get a full beach day in before our night flight. The vibe was more for older people and families, not a party hotel.

The location of the hotel is really good, lots of bars and restaurant around and a 15mins bus to the city centre. Also the food was good. But the size of rooms are small. If you do not have the premium package which cost 20 Euro/night you wont get any thing in the room, it means no Towels, slippers, no water boiling and coffee maker, tooth brush, almost nothing. We were upset with no having these equipments, therefore we upgraded the room to the premium package. The room on the 7th floor had a really good view to the sea. Another thing to mention is that during our 6 nights stay, it happens 2times that cleaning staff did not clean the room.
