Hilton Garden Inn Tyler

Loved it! Super nice and super friendly! The only downside was not being notified that my room had been changed. Pool was amazing and front desk employees were super nice.

From the time we checked in the staff was rude the pool was under maintenance. And the bed was the most uncomfortable squeaky bed I’ve ever sleep in !

Horrible experience! Put us in a room with the A/c not working. Would not have it looked at! Told Us it would be looked out till Monday this was on Saturday! We had to leave hotel and move to another! The Man at service desk could have cared less! He said they have several units with A/C issues!

I can’t give it the best ratings since it was u see construction and a bit messy. However, the workers were quiet and weren’t disruptive. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions before I got to ask them. The indoor pool and hot tub were in working condition and were probably my saving grace! Thanks for the awesome infused water in the lobby! I drank it for 4 days :) Was not very pleased with having to pay extra for better WiFi. The free WiFi wouldn’t connect to anything.

The hotel looks as though it’s crumbling down. We had roaches in our room. The coffee k-cups in our room were punctured and open. When we asked for new ones the lady at the desk argued with us! I also paid EXTRA in the hotels.com app to have breakfast for me and my other guests and the hotel said they would not honor that! So I paid more and didn’t receive the breakfast I paid for! Absolutely unaccomidating!! Will never stay here again.
