Only a few steps needed to being Excellent
I just completed a weekend stay with my family of 4 in two rooms. The property itself is gorgeous as we’re the rooms. Quite large and comfortable and honestly the price was excellent for all inclusive. The food and drinks were also quite good. I only stayed 2 days so I was unable to try everything. I’m definitely tempted to stay again if they fix the following…
First, we arrived at the resort around 4:00pm. Check-in was unbelievably such a problem. I along with other guests waited nearly 3 hours to get our rooms. I even had a conversation with a person at the desk and his attitude was very unprofessional. He was busy doing other things and acted like he didn’t care.
Second, We finally make it to our lovely rooms and we’re ready to shower and unpack but our luggage isn’t brought up. Wasted another half hour and got it ourselves. Just take your stuff with you and save some trouble. Wth!
Lastly, we weren’t told about reservations for restaurants so we get to one we want and are turned away. We try to make one and we’re told we can’t eat there because something about us flying out soon and for that reason we can’t eat there. Seriously wth!
Again, the property and rooms were nice. Just lacking majorly on customer service. And maybe these incidents were just bad luck. But man I didn’t feel at home like I usually do at most hotels. I’m one to look forward to service. If I’m staying with a great staff I don’t really care for the rest. I hope it’s different next time.

Hotel DESGRAÇADO para idiotas
Para quem é farofeiro, sem classe e gosta de comer lavagem, esse hotel é o recomendado. Agora quem não é doente mental nunca deveria se hospedar neste hotel. Veja abaixo:
Pra começar o check-In é extremamente horrível! Filas intermináveis por causa de promoções. Os atendentes são confusos e inexperientes. Sua mala demora horas para chegar na hospedagem. O fone não para de tocar para te oferecerem alguma coisa para comprar. A internet é pior da era da discada. Lenta e cai toda hora. Agora a comida, só os pães são comestíveis. Tudo, absolutamente tudo é mal feito, ruim, sem tempero. Sujo. As mesas não são limpas. Os pratos você tem que pegar uns 3 e torcer para pegar um limpo. A piscina, pensa na visão do inferno!. Pessoas comendo dentro da piscina o tempo todo. Um churrasco horrível do lado da piscina. O conceito de all inclusive é ridículo neste hotel porque as opções são pepsi e cerveja Dos Equis quente. Você paga uma média de 1000 reais por dia para isso. Os corredores do hotel são sujos, Os restaurantes temáticos são todos iguais, só muda o nome. Hotel é monótono. Não tem atrações nem nada. Você sai do seu quarto e vai para a piscina. Existe uma proposta de restaurante e sorveteria família. Tente imaginar o pior sorvete do mundo! Chegando lá tem poucas opções de sorvete e pipoca. Hotel medíocre com PÉSSIMA comida. O sistema deles vive fora do ar. Não tem nada perto. Para fugir da mediocridade você tem que pagar 300 pesos ou 20 dólares para ir a algum lugar longe do mato.

Good but underwhelming
The stay was good, but not great. The food options were underwhelming and the pools closed at 8pm which was a huge bummer. Without the pools at night there really isn’t a lot to do after 6pm besides eat dinner. The beach was covered in seaweed and the excursion groups come up and try and sell you a package every 10 minutes so sitting there was a chore especially with the long walk from the villas which are near the lobby. I would rate it 6.5/10. The service was awesome as far as the staff is concerned from bartenders, to housekeepers, and bellhops. With the package we booked we weren’t told about half of the things that were included, which were a private dinner for 2 on the beach, a 25 minute spa session per person, and other things that were never mentioned. So overall it was good, but had hoped for more for our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday. Lastly, Thankfully they offer Covid tests on sight for your return home to the US for $35 USD/pp.

No esperar mucho del Front Desk o Concierge
El front desk y concierge no ayudan en absoluto y dan instrucciones falsas o erróneas desde la reserva en restaurantes, acceso a beneficios de la pagina, resolución de problemas simples como solicitud de hielo para la habitación. No respetaron ni hicieron válidas mis beneficios Silver de Hoteles.com como el Check in VIP y acceso al SPA. Mi reseña sería totalmente negativa de no ser por el personal del hotel de restaurantes y barras que dieron un excelente servicio.
