Hotel Monastery

Was nice :)

This was a fabulous location for us. It's located within a 10 minute walk of the Prague castle grounds. The Strahov Monastery library is located on the premises and definitely worth a visit. There's also a couple of restaurants on the grounds that serve the monastery's beer made by the monks. The thing we liked most was that once evening hit, the crowds of tourists disappeared and the place was so very quiet. Also, the gentleman who checked us in was most kind and accommodating.

Good hotel in historical part of the city, only 20 minutes walking distance to Charles Bridge we liked everything about our stay there. Good size room, comfortable bed, quiet location, breakfast was nice and it has a space for parking car. Definitely recommend will stay again.

I was in love with the hotel and property the moment we stepped onto the grounds. Short tram ride to the castle, summer garden, and the Jewish Quarter. Monastic brewery and other beautifully situated restaurants on the grounds. They were out of the cheaper rooms but I'm so glad that I booked the larger room!! The concierge was wonderful. He was always sweet and helpful. The breakfast and the breakfast patio was perfect. Espresso, fresh squeezed OJ, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, pastries, etc... I'm already planning my trip back!
