Enjoyed my stay at K Resort the only down side was the fact there are no lifts but excellent location in the heart of the Gold Coast would definitely stay again

The property met most of our needs. Could have had a bit more cutlery and crockery for our family of 6. One drawback is that the apartment was dusty throughout-windowsills and all surfaces. Also the floor was dusty and with good crumbs under the coffee table in the lounge area. Once we cleaned it, we were quite comfortable.

I liked the fact it is within walking distance to city centre, beach, public transport and on the water's edge. I like the floating pontoon and the fact I could open the windows and look out onto the water. Room windows are dusty and it would be good if the moulds in the bathroom are cleaned. Other wise I enjoyed my stay.

Based on 3 day stay, ground level 2 room apartment.
I understand this is a cheaper alternative, though the simple things make such a difference to guests.
Property feels neglected, & housekeeping was very poor.
Apartment was obviously only tidied, rather than cleaned between guest stays. In need of a 'Deep Detail Clean'.
- ceiling fans, aircon filter, bedheads, skirtings, shelves, fixtures & fittings were all extremely dusty.
- kitchen cupboards & appliances were greasy.
- flooring was gritty & dirty under foot.
- grout between floor tiles was black with built in grime.
- window blinds were stained & moldy.
- curtain rod brackets were pulling out from wall.
- dishwashing liquid appeared watered down.
- body wash/shampoo appeared same as dish liquid.
- extremely limited kitchenware/utensils.
- rain penetrated kitchen window frame & soaked benchtop & floor
- garage flooded, though we were not notified. When water subsided, pools of water throughout garage & soaked stairwell floor mats remained unattended, as did the mud walked through the common stairwell.
It appears the owners/managers give very little consideration to guests, as far as a 'Holiday Experience' is concerned.
If rating was based on the alphabet, then K would be appropriate.
In light of this, the reception staff were friendly.

Some of the accessories won’t working like iron properly, stove only 1worked. Toilet spa needs a good clean out as it wasn’t clean properly when we arrived.

Shower and toilets are un a very bad shape. Bath jets is so dirty dont want to use it

Location was great. We could walk to where we wanted to go. Cleanliness of unit was very disappointing. Kitchen essentials like crockery and cutlery were very limited.

The location is perfect. The unit is quiet and comfortable. The price was good value. Loved the pool and spa.

Very good location. Close to the beach, Q1, supermarkets, shopping mall and restaurants.
The receptionist is friendly and helpful.
Some facilities need to replace or repair.
Overall we had a good time while we stayed there
