Europe Hotel

We were in town for our friends wedding and we stayed here on the recommendation of the bride and groom. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was not capable to be a 4 star because there was no swimming pool / No parking. The amenities were so limited. Complimentary water was given only for first day. No coffee saches were in the room. AC wasn't working. Water was not going down from the sink. We had booked for a king size bed but in the room, twin beds were put together.to make a double bed. Compared to above services the hotel rate was too high. The hotel is not given with enough employees to cater their guests. The taxi service in the hotel was too expensive as the high part of the commission goes to reception. Only good thing about the hotel is the location. Overall the stay wasn't pleasant at all and charges paid were too high.

An average sized hotel whose rooms are on the three floors above the lobby. An advance on line payment of £27.00 per night got me a room in the executive suite- not the last word in luxury as its name suggests but spacious and comfortable nevertheless. The other rooms seem to be for guests with children. Yerevan is not a particularly big city so most of its attractions are within a short distance of the hotel. Republic Square is five minutes by foot. Double that for the main shopping district. The local area is worth exploring, with a market selling all kinds of keepsakes just above the hotel and a nice taverna at the end of the street. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, good location- no real reason for complaints except the occasional noise from upstairs and neighbouring rooms (and the dog in the nearby street which, for some reason, was given to prolonged periods of barking just before sunrise every morning!)

The service was good. The check out took a little bit of time because they have to call someone to check the fridge for additional charges. The rooms were clean but their internet is not secured with a password so don't do anything but surf the internet. Is a little high on price for the area but is a good option when in Yerevan.
