Great location, close to all the attractions. Room was satisfactory, staff attentive.

Very thin walls and people talking outside their rooms echo throughout. There was a very loud group talking outside until 2:00am. The front office is closed from 11pm - 7am so there is no official person on site to handle guest complaints

Beautiful tile bathroom. Pool right outside our room.

Office staff extremely helpful Accommodations old and need work

We liked the heated pool a lot and the traditional feel of the property. The walls or door between rooms were thin and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly with both conversation coughs and grunts. The staff were kind and helpful and the cleaning service was good. We would come back though I will bring ear plugs next time.

Beautiful hotel with great view of the garden / pool area. Heated pool was an awesome bonus. I also really enjoyed their animals. We stayed for the Cabos half marathon and the hotel was right by the start and finish line for the race. 10/10.

I Loved the central location. Very helpful staff. My room was off the pool on the first floor, I felt safe.

We loved everything about this property. The hotel, the location, the staff, the heated pool, the margaritas, the food. Everything was amazing! Definitely will stay there again! Highly recommend it.

It was cheap and cheerful. No in room phone, no iron, no minifridge now working swimup bar. No room service and BREAKFAST IS NOT INCUDED EVEN IF IT SAYS SO> They honoured it for me but not without a hassle. Thankfully the owner was there and gave instructions. Food was good and the room clean. Very centrally located and within walking distance of everything!!

The staff was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The food was great.The only thing we didn’t like was where our room was - at the top of the stairs, so you could hear very loudly hear people bringing their suitcases down the hall and then down the stairs.
