Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We were 3 couples and one adult sharing 4 rooms at this beautiful place. Excellent location, beautiful rooms, wonderful views, and five star service. A++ in every way

PRO: Nice place. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Centrally located near everything. CON: Area loud during day and in early evening, but mostly quiets overnight. Could use better sound proof windows. Though room was smoke free, hallways smelled of smoke. Team very responsive throughout stay.

The check in process was smooth as silk and attendants were very well informed. They right away addressed basic needs (plugs, iron etc). The place was nice and clean, spacious and with great views. Check out was managed very well too. The location is probably one of the best you can find in city. For areas of concern, be mindful that you’ll have to climb couple floors with baggage on stairs since lift is accessible till 5th floor. Also, they just have 2 irons for entire property and they are in average working condition. Overall stay was comfortable

Beautiful, spacious suite in a great location.

We were impressed with these suites. They are very centrally located (above a Prada store), close to the train station (10 minute walk with luggage), and very furnished very well. It's an older building, but it's clear that these suites have been renovated by someone with taste. The bedroom was a bit tight, but the sitting room / dining room was very spacious. There was good separation between the two if someone wants to sleep while the others want to stay up. The bathroom had excellent water pressure. All of the toiletries and air fresheners were very high quality. It was clean and lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked too! Minor suggestions for management: invest in black-out shades for the bedroom windows. The current curtains are very sheer and will wake you up with the sun (not ideal if you're traveling in from abroad). Allow up to a 1pm checkout, as opposed to a 12pm hard check-out. Overall, this was the perfect place to stay in Florence. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time and BIG thanks to Alessandra for her assistance and warm welcome. This was our first trip to Florence and the choice of our accommodation made it so much more special. We felt at home and was always nice to come back to a cozy and comfortable place after a day out. Location was excellent as everything is only a short walk to everything. Will definitely be back and look forward to staying at Tornabuoni again. Thanks Alessandra and please pass our thanks to your team as well.

This place was excellent! Safe, convenient, great location to everything in Florence. The management was very kind and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!
