Deception! I will never stay in this hotel again!
We arrived at 2 pm and were told that check in was at 3pm. No reason why or if the room was not ready. I had the impression that they were just not allowing people in before 3 pm.
The next morning we wanted to have breakfast which was not included in the room price. We had to buy vouchers from the reception and we weren’t able to charge it to the room, so we had to go back up to the room to get money.
The next day as we had to catch a train at 11 am and check-out was also at 11 am we decided to get breakfast at 9.15 am as there was mentioned that breakfast was until 9.30 am.
We went to the reception (this time with money) and were told that’s is was not possible to have breakfast anymore as they actually take all the food away at exactly 9.30 am.
This hotel was deception after deception and we really didn’t feel welcome here.
The rooms were tiny and the bathroom is the smallest one ever seen.
That we could cope with, but the lack of flexibility and the will to please the guests is absolutely unworthy of Japan.
