Good experience decent hotel strategically located in the heart of Pereira. The biggest issue with this hotel that management has failed to address for years is the internet connection. I stopped staying in this hotel for few years because of the internet connection. During this trip with property almost empty due to the Corona Virus emergency, I was still having issues with the internet connection. The concern is expressed, they give you a bunch of excuses, they fix it, then goes bad and the issue is still the same.
The hotel location is amazing, some of the front desk staff could use a little bit of customer service training. Other than that, the service is great. I had booked a suite - they put me in a regular room first night. I asked what they might do as compensation and was told nothing. As I had a suite, two rooms, and my hotels.com app is set for 2 persons, I had reservations for 2. My brother in law was visiting from Cali on moto, I asked that he be checked in, I was advised to pay extra person charge, yet I had payed extra person charge for 3 nights prior and no refund in charges. Also, doing business with an additional room meant I had to have meetings, if the meeting was more than 15 minutes they wanted to charge me for extra person. In the end, my brother in law was allowed to stay in the suite room with a couch and refunded the amount. But not before requiring me to go and explain - in Spanish as no English speaking staff in an international hotel, the situation - somewhat embarrassing for my brother in law. They can’t have it both ways, plus, the rate on hotels.com is the same 1 or 2 guests in a suite that is booked as Doble (2 persons) vs suite single.
Property was well located, and view from the restaurant was amazing

The experience was alright. The service was not the greatest since the front desk agent was doing many things at a time while checking me in. She had to beg different bell boys or staff to take my luggage to the room until finally someone did and he was not too happy about it. Although I had this experience the room was fine and no issues with the room except for the bathrooms need to be updated.
this hotel has a great location but the rooms are very outdated.. for starters it doesn't have blackout curtains which is perhaps the first hotel I have ever seen like that. Window soundproof is terrible... bathrooms are ok but outdated...its important to mention they are doing upgrades all over the hotel and this room was one of the already remodeled rooms. I had a suite and the "living room" had no tv but two sofas and a table which is very odd because this room has absolutely no use. I wouldn't come back! This hotel has a great rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view of the city center and suburbs.

Un hotel muy recomendable para visitas cortas o largas. Staff amable, hotel pequeño limpio y lindo. Nada que envidiarle al Movish y por la mitad del Precio.
I enjoyed the breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were modern. The a/c worked great, the bed was very comfortable, I had one of my best nights of sleep at this hotel. For internet access we were to use our room number and a password. The problem was that internet access was limited to one device at a time for our room. The next day I spoke to the IT employee of the hotel, he then said that he had now enabled up to 5 devices for our room. From that point on things were better. On our last night we started losing internet access, we called reception and they restarted the router, things were better for maybe an hour and then no internet access again. Our last morning we had unreliable internet again. If the internet wasn't so inconsistent I would have rated this hotel 5 stars. I would like to visit this hotel again, I hope next time I'm there this particular issue is only a thing of the past.
