A pleasant experience
We were in town for a concert. Hotel was in a great location and only a 10 minute uber to downtown Knoxville.The staff were so nice and pleasant! Will definitely be staying again if we're ever in the area.

Overall Pleasant Stay
Our stay was pleasant enough overall. My only complaints were when we arrived our first night's stay, we were given a handicap room with one bed when we had prepaid weeks prior for a regular room with two queen beds. Because they were full our first night's stay, they were not able to move us to the correct type of room until the next day. My second complaint has to do with the fact that the hotel occupants (it was a full hotel our first night's stay) consistently let their hotel room doors slam each and every time they entered or left their rooms and talked/yelled/laughed loudly making for a very noisy night and early morning hours. I'm not sure there was anything the hotel staff could have done about the noise issue, however, and they themselves were all very pleasant and helpful in switching us into the proper type of room/beds for the remainder of our stay.

Our bed was old and seemed to weight about 15 pounds. Soft and older. The staff was the best though. Breakfast had a bit of need.
