Hotel La Vista Azul

Likes... cleanliness Dislikes... no ice machines on site. Charged me a week when in fact I’m owed the balance. Resort haven’t given me the credit. Security guard would not get me coffee cream from front desk office at 6 am. Kept saying office opens at 8am.

Really positive experience,the hotel has great location,very close to the beach,restaurants are just around the corner,the room was spacious with great view,fully equipped kitchen,AC was working 100%,staff is very helpful and friendly.I would definitely recommend it to everybody.

Loved the fact that had a kitchen and full size fridge. This hotel does not have elevators

The room was fully equipped but bathroom had mold. No elevators is a minus.

We only stayed for one evening to live to another location. It was close to great snorkeling and the staff was very friendly. We paid for an ocean view, but from our level you could not see much. A little loud at night from other guests, but overall nice with the pools and location.

No elevator.. Distance from beach was quite far. Room was great. Layout was great and nice patio. Loved that beach chairs were available and beach towels. Towels were new and bed was comfy.

The price was right for a one night stay. Our room was clean. Check in was ridiculous. The person at the desk was so rude and unhelpful. We felt like inconveniences. No hello, welcome to our hotel. No explanation of amenities, no directions to rooms, no offer to help with bags, etc No WiFi on grounds, only in rooms so we couldn’t communicate the second we left them. A million stairs. One elevator in the way back of facility which you cannot access unless you go about probably four flights first. It was never mentioned by staff anyway We figured out we could drive to our room to avoid some of the stairs, but the staff didn’t mention it. And in order to get to the back of facility we had to drive off the premises and go almost a mile down the road. Insane. Why couldn’t they have told us ? And where is a map? They will say a map is online. How do you get it if you can’t get WiFi? The room had a nice view. Shower head was broken off, the tile shelf in shower was broken. The seats at table were all cracked and the bedding was subpar. No phones in room. Overhead light didn’t work. No ice. We were told to get in car and buy a bag. So so lame !!!!!!! Met other people staying there that all had complaints. BUT. At the end of the day. You are in the Caribbean. We felt lucky to be on Turks and Caicos, just very glad we only had one night at this resort.

Good place. 5 minute walk to the beach however we were told for safety not to walk in the area at night. We rented bikes to get around. Good restaurants in the area. Hotel was clean and our room was newly renovated. If you wanted service you had to ask for things like towels, coffee, etc. I recommend getting a room in the top level so you get a view. Not bad just very basic.
