I have been staying in Grecian Sands for 8 nights and it was a splendid experience! The most amazing part is the kindness and care of the staff, all the people have been selected and trained properly for a luxurious stay of the customer. The hotel is very clean and the organisation is very good. One thing I would like to mention is that I would like more vegan options in the menus. As we don't eat meat, dairy and eggs, there was not a lot we could enjoy, considering everhthing looked great but with animal products. When vegans have such a long stay, we need some diversity as well (there is so much rice and steamed vegetables we can eat :D). The breakfast was fine, full of fresh fruit, beans and mushrooms. For the rest I have nothing to add, as it was lovely and I will come back!

We stayed here on our 35 anniversary and had a very nice time. The hotel is well situated and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us with restaurant reservations and with getting local tours. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We loved the property and our stay. We went in the low season so it was very calm and pleasant. it's situated above a lovely beach with beautiful rocks and caves. The food and service was excellent. I only have one suggestion: we specifically only looked at hotels with indoor pools since it was going to be a bit cold. However, the indoor pool was so cold! It should be heated when its not summer outside!! That would have made it more pleasant.

Nice hotel with great staff who could not do enough for you,lovely bedroom overlooking the sea,with excellent whisper quite aircon. on a lovely beach with golden sands. A 15 min walk along beach to harbour,or a bus just down from the hotel in to the centre of Ayia Napa Good breakfast with a cook making omelette etc,and a good selection at the buffet dinner.

Good overall stay and definitely one of the best hotels in the area. Biggest highlight was the location on the beach - truly one of the best in Ayia Napa. Improvements could be made in the service and overall condition of the hotel - it could do with a bit of a renovation but we still had a comfortable stay. Service of the staff was mixed, some of them were very friendly and welcoming, others were so so.

The location of hotel is excellent,beautiful beach area . The outdoor hotel grounds are beautiful as well as lobby and bar area. Chris in the indoor bar area was wonderful with excellent service skills. Ioannis in breakfast area has wonderful personality and made delicious breakfast . The lobby receptionist (unfortunately I can't recall her name,but it starts with a K)was very nice the first day we got there. The bell boy Louis ,I think is his name,he provided us with excellent service. Unfortunatley most of the rest of the hotel staff need major training in providing a good service.I should not have to wait 5 minutes to get acknowledged and helped by the outdoor bar/grill restaurant staff to order some drinks when there are at least 4 or 5 staff members standing there and chatting with eachother. We always felt like it was a burden to them when we had to order .The common answer we got from the staff was pretty much always "I don't know" no matter what the question was. The rooms are in need of major updating,the walls are stained and dirty,the bathroom door was so old and nasty looking. The first day we got there the bathroom sink had hair in it as well as the bed head frame and the pillows and sheets,the bed skirt had a brown stain on it. The shower glass doors had streaks of dirt on them where they just smeared in the dirt,instead of actually cleaning them. Please train your staff in how to clean.
