Nice location, spacious flat, but disgusting bath
We booked a 2 bedroom flat for a family of 5. lt was very nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen has all that you need for temporary stay except knives. That was not comvsnient at all because we had to quarantine for 14 days with children and we had to order a knife from Amazon and had to wait an entire weekend for it to be delivered.
Also, another huuuuge issue is the BATHROOM TOWELS. It is nto even close to thw ones shown on the pictures. The towels are all GREY and the threads are sticking out from all over the towels. They have disgusting yellow stains on them and it's obvious thag the management does not care about their own customers. I made a complaint as soon as I saw these towels and there was no way I would use them on myself or my children. Needless to say that the management did not so anything to fix the problem. Instead they borught me same worn out towels in exchange for the ones we already ahd in the flat. They a looked like rags and I wouldnt even mop my floors with them. That’s how bad their towels are.
We had to stay in thsi flat for 24 days and they did not bring us better towels.
Definitely bear that in mind before booking a flat with Chelsea Bridge Apartments.
On the positive note, everyone from Reception to Housekeepers, Henry, Chanelle, and Ionica were very helpful and respectful.

Comfortable stay, apartment was clean and reception staff very pleasant / helpful. Secure parking. However the 2 bed deluxe apartment is in need of refurbishment. General decor needs touching up and sofas need changing - uncomfortable / worn out. Also extractors in bathrooms extremely noisy. However, overall a good experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Chelsea Bridge Apartments. Very clean and modern and reception lady very polite and helpful. We stayed overnight after a day in London and walked through Battersea Park the next day. Would definitely stay again.

No wi-if...no 4G...help me....
The apartment rental is slightly past it’s heyday. Things are coming apart at the seam and there is no real desire to address these.
The most pressing issue is the weak wi-if, which did not even allow us to watch Netflix seamlessly. In additional, there is a coverage issue meaning my 4G was not operational within the property. So no internet access became an issue.

Nice room and clean.
It was a nice place and a decent price. However the lift was broken the first 4 days and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs with bags. That was doable. Not a huge deal. Our third night there we got a call that neighbors complained we were loud. I wish front desk staff would have walked to our apartment to tell us this because they would have found us being quiet. We were simply sitting and talking and had not been loud at all. So we literally whispered the rest of the time for fear of being booted out.
