CLC Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes

Het inchecken verliep heel rommelig. Ze moesten zoeken naar onze gegevens in een enorme papieren stapel. We zouden eerder kunnen inchecken, dus we arriveerden om 13:00. Er werd heel onprofessioneel omgegaan met het noteren van onze gegevens en moest alles meerdere keren overhandigen... creditcard, namen e.d. Toen kregen we na een halfuurtje de toegangscode tot het huisje. Op dat kaartje stond ook de wificode (welke foutief was opgeschreven). Eenmaal aangekomen bij het huisje bleek dat ze nog aan het schoonmaken waren. Terug bij de receptie werd gezegd dat we maar om 16:00 terug moesten komen. Zodoende zijn we wat boodschappen gaan doen en wat gaan eten. We kwamen om 17:15 terug op het resort in de veronderstelling dat we al ruim een uur in ons huisje terecht konden. Wat bleek, nog steeds schoonmakers in het huisje (Spaans sprekend en geen enkele professionele reactie, sterker nog ze riepen ‘mañana’ oftewel ‘morgen terugkomen’.) Bij de receptie aangekomen, boden ze excuses aan en moesten we nog een half uur wachten in de lobby, dit werd een aantal keer uitgesteld met “5 more minutes” en ter compensatie: “do you drink?” “I give you glass of nice wine, yes?” Uiteindelijk in het huisje, bleek de WiFi-code incorrect, er was wel koffie, maar geen filters en de schuifpui functioneerde niet goed. Na de midweek clean hadden de schoonmakers rommel in de slaapkamer laten staan en er was niet gestofzuigd. Al met al een negatieve stempel op een verder leuk verblijf.

Super vakantie gehad in ons gehuurde huisje. De huisjes liggen in een park met poort, heel mooi aangelgd met mooie straten en 2 zwembaden. De huisjes hebben een zwembad of jacuzzi. Gelukkig hadden wij een jacuzzi. De tuin is voorzien van horgaas overkapping dus je zit ongedierte vrij. Het huisje dat wij hadden was super ingericht met 2 aparte slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Vanuit encantada kan je heel makkelijk overal komen. Bij een volgende keer orlando boek ik hier direct weer.

Check-in wasn’t bad but the bed in the master bedroom was broken and had a dent at the head of the bed. We purchased groceries and couldn’t keep it out due to the roaches that were crawling around at night. Wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

When we arrived, we didn't know this was a gated community. There was no one at the security booth for a while, and once he arrived to help and give us the code for the gate and our unit, he was quite rude and seemed annoyed and suspicious toward us. The accomodations were ok. The hot tub was a nice amenity. When I grabbed dishes out of the cabinet for breakfast, the top several plates were dirty and had hair on them. The mattresses and couch were very worn out and had huge pits in them where the springs were shot. All in all, it was a decent place, much better than a hotel in that neighborhood, but I don't think we would return. Some maintenance updates as well as some pictures on the walls to cozy things up might be a nice touch.

After traveling across the country we had to check in with a security guard who was very nice but not helpful in answering questions. Got checked in and found out we had no hot water. After hours on a Saturday, no one available to fix it. Then 3am the smoke detector starts beeping. Next day someone gets the hot water going while we are enjoying Disney. Now evening of day 3, NO HOT WATER again!! Again after hours and can't get anyone to look at it. It gets fixed the next day and stays on for the rest of the trip. During this whole time I called a dozen times asking to speak to a manager to fix the situation and be compensated for services not met. I'm still waiting a month later.

The property was nice and check in was easy. The front desk closes very early for a resort, I tried to call around 8pm with no answer so I drove to the front for more towels and they were closed. The king bed was uncomfortable, the spring were coming up. I explained this to the front desk in hopes of them changing it out for their next guests. The jacuzzi was a nice touch but it was warm not hot so we were only able to enjoy it one night of our stay, I complained the second day of my stay and no one came out to fix it. All in all it’s a good resort they just need to be more efficient in responding to customers complaints.

I will not book here again. I booked for a birthday retreat for my mom and aunt to first be put in a room i couldnt even get into because the battery was dead on the door, to then get in the room with no internet and wifi and being told i needed to change units, to then try to get in the jacuzzi Saturday night to fond out it has shorted out and the jets and lights no longer work, went to the clubhouse to let them know thats the main reason i booked the room was for the jacuzzi to be placed in another place with a POOL NOT JACUZZI so i packed my belongings back and stayed in the room with the jacuzzi to find there was no supervisor on grounds and i wont get a call for a refund or to fix the issue until Tuesday

It was a great stay. The only thing they need to do is update all of their patio furniture. It was very old .need to pressure wash patio also . Need to have tv in second bedroom.

The place was very nice for our small family getaway.

We loved having our own hot tub. Room was really nice and clean. Pool closed to early. Main hot tub at pool was dirty and cold. Gazebo was closed to lake. Would have been nice to have pool towels in our room. How ever we would stay again cause the room its self was really nice.
