The town and view of Lake Como are amazing. We had a room with a private balcony, which was nice. The shower head in the bathroom wouldn't stay put so it was solely handheld - this could use some updating. The parking is in the town, not near the B&B, and they send a driver to bring you and your bags to the hotel, which is essential. During check-out, we were a little rushed if we wanted a ride back to our car with our bags (earlier than stated check-out time), and forgot something and it was difficult to reach someone to let them know we were returning for it... we called/texted/and walked back, and by the time someone responded via text, we learned no one was at the Villa to retrieve it. Just FYI that someone is not there at all times. But it was an overall lovely place and we would stay again.
