Considering the Corona Regime and forced Lock down, the stay was excellent. Only Breakfast was possible to get at the restaurant and room service, of cpourse. The Lounge bar on the roof and all restaurants were closed as well as the Spa, gym and poool.

The Staff was the best part of my stay, Everyone and Everything was wonderful in my Opinion! Can there be something Better? We all can improve as Human beings, However, Food was good, Gym good, Massages excellent, bed wonderful, quiet rooms, Ect!!!

This is the best hotel in Kharkiv.
It has a spacious modern feel and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great.

The staff were very friendly, spoke English in case your Russian isn't good. Free bottled water in the rooms, it's not recommended to drink or brush teeth etc with the tap water. Perfect place in Kharkiv, within walking distance of the town center and the best parks.
My only complaint is that you can;t book room service in English. the 3 times I tried the phone was put down on me. I advised the reception and the management but it didn't change a thing.
Otherwise I would highly recommend this Hotel and would gladly stay there again.

Kahrkov Palace fit for a King
This hotel is truly a 5 star hotel on all counts. The lobby and Hyatt style atrium elevators are stunning. Covid security measures are well observed.
The very profesional Concierge Alexander was especially helpful in organizing our trip to Turkey and restaurant waiter Ivan in restaurant very attentive.
Reception staff without exception always helpful and cheerful.

Excellent but a few aggravations
Have stayed here multiple times. Always very clean and good service. Notably some items on restaurant menus were not available and Skybar closed last 2 days of my trip. Left a package with concierge to be picked up by a friend, the day I left. It was thrown away.

Everything is good,service,room,quality of food at breakfast.But one disappointing -quality of sparkling wine on the breakfast,it was cheapest local one,named Shabo brut-strange budget level for such 5 star hotel
