Orange Hotel-Ximen, Taipei

We stayed for 4 days in Orange hotel and paid an extra day for staying 5 hours since our flight back is at 9pm. Room was clean and suited for couple. For us, size is just okay. Luggages can fit under the bed. Service in the receptions okay. Kudos to Peter, Sarita and the guy with eyeglass(was not able to get his name). They all helped us since they can speak English and understand our queries. However, the lady at the pantry reacted so much when we brought out fruits which we are under the impression that we can get since apple and oranges were not sliced. We didn’t even had a bite. We brought it back and reported what happened. I believe as guests they can manage it well and should not reacted the way she does. For one, it’s just 2pieces and we don’t even eat many during breakfast. For some hotel that we stayed, they offer fruits as a complimentary service. Sarita on the other hand, gave us complimentary cake since it’s our birthday. Thanks for that. Location: Very Good near ximending, quiet place not crowded. Should exit ximen station 1. Overall, despite of what happened we enjoyed it and surely consider staying again.

The room is clean and cosy ! The front desk staff are polite and helpful. A good place to stay in Taipei !

Excellent location but The room is really small and fair cleanliness......

Everything was good to GO. Just that room was too small. If you have more than1pc of luggage and then thats the problem.

It's conveniently located near to ximending and Carrefour as well. Would recommend you to exit from exit 6 which is the only exit with lifts and cross the street to the hotel. Only a few min walk. Aside, daily housekeeping and bottles of water are provided daily. Shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and towels as well. I love the eco friendly concept where you can choose to get and use what toiletries you needed - I only needed toothbrush etc. Hotel Wi-Fi is provided as well. Believe there is also breakfast/food bar provided, but I didn't try it as I prefer to try the local breakfast. The check-in and check out process is fuss free and easy. As I paid via hotels.com , I do not have to give any deposit. One thing to improve for the hotel would be cleaner bed sheet/blanket sheet and also the walls are thin. Otherwise, convenient location and nice street view by the bed side was great. Highly recommend for those who want convenient and travelling with 1 - 2 pax as the room is small.
