Kokomo Botanical Resort with Butler Service

Property was central to everything. The beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. were all only a 5 minute drive. Also, the accommodation was spacious and having a kitchen certainly helped us.

We loved this off the beaten path place. Pool and hot tub were small but perfect for my girls and never crowded. Food was good and rooms a little small but totally worked for us!

Kokomo is a very nice place. It’s beautiful. The bungalows were comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was wonderful. The Butler service was wonderful! Wenie made accommodations for us to horseback ride and snorkel. The shuttle to the beach was great. The transportation to and from the airport and restaurants was great. I definitely recommend Kokomo!

Kind of in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants within walking distance. Taxi service is expensive!

Nice garden view. The pictures show beach and butler services. Actually, you have to either drive or take a cab to the beach (not too far but not connected to the resort)...Although the butler himself is not and professional, he’s limited to just giving free water. Beers and other stuff have to be purchased. No food available on the beach🤔😒

We all want to say thank you to all of the staff for making us feel at home and welcome and for not letting us need for anything. Whenever we needed something you guys had it, starting with something as little as a safety pin. The list goes on, but Wenie you are one of the greatest assets that That place has and it was so pleasant pleasant having you every day. Thank you for working hard to keep us happy. The way they take care the customers , is a really one at one detail oriented

We had an absolutely amazing time at Kokomo. We stayed for 4 nights and had a blast. The property was beautiful and peacefully quiet. We had a cottage with two queen beds. The accomodations were clean and well equipped. There is a grocery store and pizza restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. Upon arrival, we were met by our butler, Wenie, who was amazing and always very responsive. They provided a cell phone with all of the butlers' and taxi driver's contact info in it for our convenience. Kokomo also provided a continental breakfast each morning. I did not make any arrangements for excursions prior to going. I just told Wenie what we wanted to do once we arrived. She provided different options and then made reservations based on my selections. Our villa had a semi secluded deck and garden. We had open air massages right on the deck. We also did a conch and snorkle tour. The property is not on the beach but Kokomo provides a shuttle to the beach whichbis about 3-5 minutes away. Our beach butler Osnor was great! Very attentive and eager to make our beach outing enjoyable. On the last day we had Butler Lawrence take care ofnus at the beach. They provide umbrellas, chairs, and cold beverages. Even if you decided to visit one of Provo's other beautiful beaches, Kokomo provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels that you can take with you. Rico of Black Diamond Taxi was reliable. He was our go to transportation as we did not rent a car. Overall very pleased.
