Ripetta Palace

The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the beds were very comfortable, but it was not the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The shower in our room was incredibly small. The included breakfast is at a cafe around the corner, and was pretty good. Overall, I would say this is okay for 1-2 nights.

Fantastic trip to Rome. The hotel is right in the centre, 5 mins walk from the Metro and easy to walk to all major sights. Good places to eat nearby.

Great location! Beautiful, comfortable room with more than enough space for a family of 4. Patrizia was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend the Ripetta Palace.

It is strange to be asked to rate this space as we did not end up using the room. This was not the right place for us. Because there is no staff on site, it was difficult to reach the staff to arrange a check in time. This was essential as I was coordinating meeting people coming from many locations. Hotels.com tried to reach them for me and that did not work. When I finally reached them in person, the room we were given was not the one I had requested. This was an issue as our group could not easily use a double bed - we needed single beds. I am sure it is a great place to stay. I would not know as for the above reasons I was not able to use this facility. Location was great. And staff when reached were super nice. It just didn't work for us. And that was VERY frustrating!

Booking interaction and in person interaction upon arrival really easy. Location is very close to metro, and easy walk (15m) to many sights (Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and shopping). Non tourist restaurants also close by. The room was large, especially for Europe. Very convenient to leaving our bags on day of departure and pick up later. Nice coffee service in room. We stayed in the room with the tub, which was nice. Room has a safe and black out curtains if you are prone to sleeping in. Would stay there again.
