De kamers zijn kleiner dan op de foto maar alles is heel netjes. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de service is zoals het hoort. We hebben een enorm fijn verblijft gehad.

Great hotel with excellent staff in the Old Quarter”

The water smelt really bad. The air-condition was not cool enough, the room smelt badly, ...

This is a lovely hotel, very comfortable, with all the modern amenities, including hair blower. The room I had was large with lots of closet space and a safe. The outside pool is high up with a view, small but lovely. Breakfast is a lovely buffet catering to western and Asian tastes with a wide array of foods. The staff is superb, very friendly and helpful, outstandingly so in fact. When I left and flew to Nha Trang on the next leg of my trip, I realized when I got thee I had forgotten a lot of money in various denominations, as well as credit and back cards, in the room safe. Staff at both hotels cooperated to transfer the money electronically, and send the cards by courier. The Helios staff in particular were marvellous in getting this done at their end, a lot of effort went into this on their part, and they were great at checking up on the result. And they refused a monetary token of appreciation. I was very impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and friendliness in resolving my problem.

Stayed in 1 room for this visit. The room was scary. The whole room was humid, Sink drain stopper stuck, waste water drain blocked. Please be aware the noise is very loud from the NightClub / Bar back hotels. A standard, lowe tier hotel room which needed an update. OK for a cheap night, it was Ok for the money.... the Staff were Fine.

My room was a generous size, with a separate sitting area and two balconies overlooking the street. The bed was very comfortable with bedside lights, a nearby wardrobe and a useful desk with chair. The room was also provided with A/C and wall-mounted TV. The bathroom was clean and well-provisioned with large towels and the usual complimentary bathroom accessories. Convenient central Hanoi location with friendly, helpful staff. At the price, the Stelios Legend Hotel represents very good value.

The actual condition of the hotel is not as 'new' as the photos. We stayed for a few hours as transit room, I do not recommend this hotel for long stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was dirty smelt horrible and needed a renovation. Even when they cleaned the room it didn’t feel clean wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it

They also help to facilitate us about the service transportations, and also advise for city tour. We do feel more convenient with their service. Hope to have a great long holidays there again

Highly recommend staying here. Great rooms and friendly staff. This was our first time to Vietnam and the first place we stayed. IWe organised a Halong Bay trip through the hotel before we arrived at a good price and they picked us up at the airport for free. The staff were very friendly and really helpful with everything, made us feel very welcome.
