Atlas Suites - CN Tower & Convention Centre- Furnished Apart

Great location - just across Front St. from the Rogers Centre. You can be back in your room 5 minutes after the final out of a Jays game. I was on the 30th floor and had no issues with the elevators - wait times were minimal even at 8AM on a weekday. Maybe the problems that others had were with the bank of elevators dealing with the lower floors? The place was generally clean, but not quite as clean as you'd see from a major hotel chain. The ensuite bathroom fan in particular was filthy - full of dusty goo that would only take 30 seconds to clean out with a vacuum or Swiffer. My suite had a coffee pot, kettle, pots & pans, dishes and flatware for 4 people, some glasses and mugs, but not much beyond that. At most there are 4 settings of flatware, and it's dollar-store quality - flimsy and small. Internet was good (about 75Mb down / 10 Mb up) but I had to power cycle the router when I first got there in order to get it going. TV is via an Android TV box running some sort of grey-market IPTV subscription service. Channel selection and quality seemed OK (I wasn't around to watch much) but the grey-market nature of the service is a bit off-putting.

We stayed on the 12th floor for 6 nights. There are 6 elevators in total, 3 for lower floors & 3 for higher floors/penthouse. Security at the Lobby. We were not provided an entry FOB and the security lady called Atlas office and someone brought the FOB to our unit within half an hour, excellent service! I know everyone has different expectations and standards, the following are my constructive suggestions: Great location - lots of restaurants, places of interest nearby - Rogers Ctr, CN Tower, Union Station Clean, comfortable bed - towels, extra pillows & linen provided Sofa has seen better days - but still comfortable Kitchen - basic chinaware, silverware, pots & frying pan, knives - could use a better cutting board Washing machine & Dryer, love it! I did 2 loads of laundry - had to buy own laundry detergent Vent is on 24/7 in bathroom - annoying, wish they would redesign for ventilation I would strongly suggest that customers be provided one free parking spot during stay. Parking has to be reserved in advance and charged at $30/day. We flew in and rented a car from the airport, but we walked everywhere during our stay. The swimming pool was closed for renovations. There's a gym. This is a great place for business travelers and families. I would definitely stay here again!

Two couples stayed, arriving separately. We couldn't get into our room until 3:00 at earliest. Okay, but couldn't leave our luggage anywhere. Directed to the hotel down the street to leave it at a cost. Issues leaving the second key at security for the other couple. One key fob didn't work to allow entry into bldg. Apt was clean, but lacked face cloths and dishcloths. Beds were okay. Wait for elevators was ridiculous. TV channel selection was awesome. Location was great for short stays.

Excellant stay and a perfect area.

Check-in for the property was fairly easy. It was in a great location and reasonably priced. It was very spacious but not the cleanest. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was hair on the shower walls and the floor was dirty. The washing machine had some mildew growing in it. I never got the dishwasher to work and periodically some smelly dirty water backed up and filed the bottom of the kitchen sink, but it eventually receded and worked fine.
