Bunker Hill Hotel

It was nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice. And the place was cozy, giving us the locol expérience that we were looking for. And the view of the city was amazing. Would definitely stay there again

Location was very good for downtown access. Staff was superb, and there was a decent cooked breakfast. However, the hotel was antiquated, very old and uncomfortable mattresses, drawers in furniture were stuck, no hangers or place to hang clothes, very dark in the shower, but it did offer a hair dryer. No elevators, which meant a 69-step hike to the 3rd floor.

Convenient uniquely laid out with TWO pools! The balcony is large and the restaurant is perfect at sunset. There's also a small grocery store across the street. Easy quick walk into town.

So, your decision to stay at this hotel should be based on what your preferences are. The pros are that there is a restaurant on site and it is convenient. Located in the downtown area and within walking distance of Shoppes and eatery’s. The cons are the amenities. I stayed there for the first time in August and returned just recently because of those pros. As a solo traveler, I was less interested in the amenities as I was to go to the beach and shop. So first, I have to say that in August, my experience was much more pleasant. During this day, I had to choose between watching television and using the air conditioner. The air conditioning was so loud in the room, that I could not hear the television even at the max volume. Also, I could hear exactly what was going on with my neighbors next-door, overhearing the television. Ultimately I ended up not using the air. Another issue that I had, was that there is a deadbolt lock as well as a door knob lock on each door. When I arrived in August, I had two keys. One key was for the top lock and the other for the bottom lock. The room that I stayed in this time came with only one key and that was for the lock in the door knob. This was a problem for me because I’d like to purchase things and whenever I would leave the room, I did not have the security of having the door deadbolt locked. One of the last issues that I had, was a lack of a microwave to use. There I know microwave in the rooms or in any common area.

It’s a great value hotel, it was nice and easy access walk to downtown.With Covid it was empty and not much to do around since things close early.

My girlfriend and I truly had an amazing stay at Bunker Hill Hotel. Everyone was beyond nice and welcoming and really made our stay so much better. Our room was nice, clean, and cozy. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, you get a full breakfast plate cooked wonderfully. The location was also spectacular, very central and close to shops and dining. The overall view was also worth mentioning. You really got a sea and Mountain View, which was especially calming and delightful during breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant (which is a MUST). Would recommend anyone and everyone to stay at Bunker Hill!

Could not stay at this location as parking was very limited. Also the room that was given overlooked the pool not the bay as promised. There was no elevator and third floor was a hike. Ended up having a charge for one day put on my credit card way before we got there and has not been refunded as of yet. Would not recommend this location at all.

Everything was good except for the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Not a great part of town but it was doable. Great restaurant, small pools, nice breakfast. Nice staff. Hotel could definitely use some upgrades.

Great location. Missed on the opportunity to eat at their restaurant Sugarcane that has good reviews. Would stay again but windows and balcony doors should be replaced for a peaceful sleep. If you don’t have the ac on, you’ll hear the roosters battle up in the neighborhood. But I would stay for the price

Good free breakfest, the parking not easy, the rooms was nice but need more cleaning but overral nice hotel
