Fraudulento
O hotel é muito bonito, bem localizado e um staff atencioso. Entretanto, as vantagens GOLD oferecidas não foram ofertadas como prometidas. O check-out tardio que seria 1 PM com muita insistência foi realizado às 12 AM e com duas ligações para o quarto para avisar que estava acabando (constrangedor). O hotel dispõe de serviço de vallet e optamos em manter o carro estacionado por U$ 40/diária, porém para a minha surpresa foi cobrado o dobro do valor + U$ 40/dia como taxa de resort o que em nenhum momento foi mencionado pela propriedade. Em resumo, o total para 4 dias de estacionamento foi de U$ 256,80 Total falta de respeito!

Very good location, like 2 mins walk from south beach. On the same street as CVS. Walking distance to Lincoln rd, Ocean drive and also Espanola way. Nice and clean rooms. We took breakfast included and it was very good and fresh. Rooftop pool was clean and nice. Would definitly stay there next time visiting Mia.

Did not live up to our expectations
We paid approximately $540 per night when you include valet parking and the resort fees. For that rate I was expecting a better quality product. The hotel was in a good location but lacked amenities and operational capabilities to deliver the experience we were expecting. We arrived at 1:30 and our room was not ready. We were told we were guaranteed a room at 4 and when we returned at 4 it was not ready. After traveling for 4 hours with two kids that was the last thing we needed. I don’t know why front desk didn’t ask that our room be cleaned as a priority when they knew we were wondering around South Beach waiting to check in. Also, we paid $90 in resort fees but the pool area was anything but a resort. There were no towels, no poolside service and two umbrellas for all guests. We had to leave after 15 mins as there was no shade for our kids. One other piece of constructive feedback would be to invest in an automatic entrance door. I don’t know how many people I saw struggling to open the door with suitcases. I can’t imagine what it would be like for someone in a wheelchair.
