Ocean Coral & Turquesa El Beso Adults Only - All Inclusive

Hotel was nice. Many great employees. Drinks were great!!! Food situation during our stay was a bit tough. Only 3 restaurants open each night. If you don’t get reservations at one of the “specialty” restaurants and the buffet is not open for dinner, you will have to get room service. Been to Mexico many times, understand that I am going to get bothered about the timeshares, but could not go in the lobby without being bombarded by people. We say no, that means no, leave me alone. Not all elevators working either.

Lots of kids running around and in pools ............

On avait réservé adulte seulement, et il y avait des enfants. En arrivant, ils ont essayé de nous facturé beaucoup plus cher, mais ils ont rectifié le montant. Le premier jour il n'y avait plus de serviette de plage. Mais la sécurité est super et le personnel parle bien français ce qui est rare.

Excellent service all the time, keep up with the awesomeness

The pool area was clean, the food restaurants were clean, the food portions were small at the specialty restaurants in comparison to other properties I have vacationed at in the Cancun area. The negative aspects were that the elevators were excessively small. The entire place gets a "failure" grade for being handicap accessible such as: there are no handicap accessible rooms, the restrooms are not friendly to those who need assistance, and forget it if you are in a wheelchair and need to use the elevator. The speed that the doors close is excessive and if you don't angle the wheel chair in a hurry you will get closed in the elevator. The ocean beach area is about 30 feet from bushes to the actual water. The water is dirty, cloudy, and full of seaweed. The beach area further north towards Cancun is 100% better. If you want to go to this resort you will be disappointed with the beach and the ocean water. The facility is clean, the food is average, the pools are nice, the beach and location overall of the resort is not something where I would chose to go there again.

The property overall was wonderful. However, I paid for an all adult all-inclusive all night early morning I heard kids crying, which caused a disturbance to my sleep.

The pool didn’t have a heater, the water was too cold, the beach was not the best one, the beach didn’t have any Activities like jets skies

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR? EVEN PAYING FOR EXTRA GETS YOU NOTHING HERE! ‘Ocean View’,literally just that you can see it but not sit on your balcony (that you pay extra for) and enjoy it. The balcony is unusable due to the wall blocking your view. ‘Privilege’ (you pay extra for) sounds great but it’s not. Still have to make reservations, like everyone else, still have to wait to get into things, or not at all (including the privilege restaurant). There is 1 privilege bar and 1 waitress for every person they sold Privilege to. They over sell it not caring that it’s too many. You want a chair by the pool or down on the beach (that you paid extra for)? Sorry even at 6am all the chairs will have towels on them, unless you want to pay even more to have someone hold one for you. Which was not suppose to be allowed. The constant haggling , trying to get you to buy things. Starts right at check-in. This hotel is part of a time share, an H10 person will take you aside , making you think it’s part of the check in , then try to get you to join the timeshare. JUST SAY NO, as soon as they try to take you aside. The staff for the most part was very nice and did their job well. Restaurants we’re fine, like any resort. Only 1 option for breakfast and lunch. Activities were more for the kids. Cost $40 USD to get into town (10 min away). Spa was very dated and not worth the extra money you pay for it. Stay elsewhere.

The resort was beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet was mostly good. The restaurants had an hour wait without reservations.

Nice resort overall. Something for everyone to do just about everyday. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. However, management was horrible due to the fact an employee(s) went into my room and went into my suitcase and stole items. Management was no help at all with the situation.
