Mont Clare Boutique Apartments

I normally don't mind this hotel but this time the shower hadn't been cleaned mould everywhere no milk in the fridge and the aircon didn't work it kept flipping the main switch, I tried telling them the next day but they offered no apology or anything so won't be recommending of staying here again

The property doesn’t look anything like the photos. I understand you get what you pay for now, but I would’ve rathered pay the little bit extra to stay somewhere half decent. I felt like I was staying in a 1 star spacious hostel that you don’t share with people. Everything was old. Lift was old. Smelt like a massage clinic. The only food was a vending machine that doesn’t take card. Overall would not recommend this property at all, it was horrible.

Beautiful spot close to all amenities especially the waca. Nice size rooms with plenty of room in the apartment

People smoking and partying in the rooms, my room smelt like smoke, so bad the smell didn’t leave the room the 3 nights I stayed there. Floor underneath me were partying, smoking and fighting.

I had stayed here a few years ago and even recommended it to friends but in our recent stay the floor was sticky, the sofa bed had reminents of previous visitors stay, the shower had no pressure ( presumed leak ) and the washing machine didn’t work properly. The property is very dated now unfortunately as the location is great.

The monte clare apartments need an overhaul. Ive stayed a few times previously and although the facilities they offer, full kitchen lovely big beds, laundry including dryer, bathroom in a spacious apartment, its old. And unattractive. I booked 2 nights in a 1 bedroom, on arrival i was given a 2 bedroom right in the corner at the rear of the property on floor 1. Right alongside one other corner apartment.

The property is bad need of maintenance carpets are stained floor boards lifting air con leaking and only a/c in the living area bathrooms smelly and not clean

Very outdated and run down. Strange smell in the hallway. Uncomfortable bed, fold out sofa was not even sleepable. Only good thing about the hotel was the reception staff. Won’t be staying there again for the price that you pay

The second bathroom (where the bath was) needs a bracket on the wall to hold the shower head

It was quiet place to stay and the apartment was spacious and clean.
