It was a good price and location, the parking was only a head height of 1.7m

I was in Sydney for a celebration. I went to dinner and returned soon after the time the reception was unattended. I could not access my room. I rang the number provided as the night manager 34 times (yes 34 times) over a 2 hour period in an attempt to get access but to no avail. Eventually I had to walk for half an hour to a very expensive hotel in a nearby suburb and paid a high non-discounted rate for three hours sleep. I raised it with the day manager and she said she would raise the unanswered calls with the night manager. It was one of the most expensive nights I had in Sydney - should have stayed at the better hotel in the first place.

Close to transport and shopping. Car park very tight but once u r there leave the car and use the public transport.

The staff were wonderful, thank you - I had some issues which prevented me from getting there by the final check-in time, but they sorted out everything for me, to make it zero hassle and completely stress free. The room was just what I needed and very quiet, with a great shower and the bed was very comfortable. I was really pleased, thank you!

I give good ratings to this hotel based on the price paid. If it was expensive my grades would be low. BUT this place is crazy value for the price. I have stayed here 20 or more times and it just works for us. Great location and great price

Close proximity to work site . Clean, comfortable rooms.

Would have liked Foxtel as an option otherwise great motel

The hotel was excellent with nearby transport and shops. The room I was in was quite good and a microwave and a small fridge meant I could prepare meals. The room was serviced daily and the tv was excellent although the only downside , perhaps because of location could not access the ABC channels. A special word for Tiffany who was at reception. On my last day I could not find some keys which I put on a dressing room table and despite searching everywhere and unpacking my suit case and other bags many times I gave up and told her if found to send the keys to my home. She went up to the room and found them in less than 4 minutes and did not leave the task for the room service staff. A nice touch and also unlike some hotels one could leave bags at the hotel for storage without being charged.

Fantastic value for money. Clean rooms. Kitchenette is a fantastic bonus. Lovely staff. New fittings on the shower. AND breakfast is delivered to your room daily...a very nice touch. The only thing that needs upgrading is the toilet. Not a strong flush. Seems to use a lot of water? I come here every year!! Thank you.
