Golden Chain Tower Motor Inn

Doesn’t look anything like advertised, bathrooms very small but clean and very old bed linen

The property is pretty basic, it looks much nicer from the photos on the internet. Also way too expensive for what it was.

Our group booked three rooms and none of the rooms resembled anything like the renovated rooms shown on the website. Very much misrepresentation. All three rooms, including the bathrooms, had fixtures, fittings and decor from the 1970's. The hot-water service to one block was also being repaired so no one could have any showers that evening, but no advanced phone call received, or discount given.

We were so disappointed look at the room you are advertising,well nothing like that when we got there,could not find a light switch,curtains Red for a cupboard,No bedside light,a switch behind the TV for a light on the wall,the room was really so small,not sure were they got this photo for that price,will not go back there.

Property needs updating, very clean, but noisy, ok

Perfect for what we needed. Hot shower and warm bed whilst travelling. Very helpful and friendly managers. Would return

Clean, functional accommodation. Staff were friendly.

Lovely check in. Cosy and warm room. And mainly, a really comfortable bed and pillows.

it is a very comfortable stay the only negative is that it is on a main road and is a little noisy
