C U Inn Bangkok

Not a great option for a business traveler (lighting in room was poor, breakfast OK), but I suppose it is passable if you are looking for a cheaper option. Room cleanliness was OK. Location is near to two major malls, but you have to cross some major roads to get to them.

Location near BTS & MRT stations. Breakfast was ok. However the walls are too thin and you can hear people talking in the next room.

This hotel is exactly what you need if you have business in the immediate area. However, it saddens me to say that the food was truly not up to standard. I am not alone in my opinion, since we were 6 guests all from different countries to say this. The room is very spacious with a lovely bathroom. Amenities can be of higher standard though, like having milk pods on the coffee tray. The bed is very luxurious for a small hotel. Be warned that the walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbour's television if they are not considerate. Overall I had a great stay and they staff are always friendly and ready to help. I will definitely stay here again.

Check in was swift. The room we stayed in had a air con that was not cooling enough. Informed mgmt of th me con and asked to be moved to another room. Instead of being moved we were asked to give it’s time to Cool and play with the temperature settings needless to say the efforts were futile. After a long day of travel, didn’t have the energy to press on the matter. The room had hot water, however we found the beds to be too soft. If you like firm beds like us not the place for you. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the other rooms on both sides of the wall. If you are a light sleeper keeper def stay away. If you don’t mind live streaming of reality hotel tv then this is the place to tune in. As for breakfast it was buffet style with one Thai dish and the remaining options catering to the Chinese guests.

Staff very friendly and an easy walk to the bus stop train station and close to chatachauk markets which is what we were there to see ...the down side was the traffic was busy outside and taxis didn't know the place
