Overall nice hotel. Was lacking some basic things like cups in the room, ice in the ice machine, tissues, only 2 towels in the room. Service was excellent though. Parking is a little sketchy but the area is under some sort of construction so it's to be expected.

Advertised as an harbor hotel it is not. Internet was down most of my stay could not do work. Front desk person had to take us to room and open door because couldn’t issue keys.

The hotel was OK. Parking was difficult. The lots was a block away and not convenient. The fee for 2 nights was $50. They failed to tell us there was no housekeeping in weekends. When we inquired they showed us a very small hard to read signed that was on the check in desk. There were no bath mats and I only had one bath towel left in my room. The insulation between rooms is not good. I could hear the people above me walking around at all hours of the day and night.

The first room offered had gum stuck to the floor and it looked as if carpeting had wax poured on it in several places. The 2nd room had a totally damaged lamp shade, the bed looked as if someone had checked into it peviously, no coffeemaker, no cups or coffee. The 3rd room no coffee maker or cups plus the TV remote did not work. Terrible service and totally disappointed in the condition of the rooms.

Room had issues. Smoke detector was not installed and exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. Floor lamp was broken, lightbulb shattered and lampshade was a crumbled mess, dangling from the lamp. The AC was poor at best.

Did not enjoy the stay. Service was shaky. The location was sketchy. Outlets didn’t work. No towels in room. Ice machines broken. Will not be going here again.

I booked a room at The Delta Marriot on East Redwood st in the inner Harbor Of Baltimore for my daughter. My daughter is a wheelchair enabled paraplegic, so I obviously booked a wheelchair accessible room through Hotelsm. After booking I called the hotel directly to let them know she would be coming in after 11 pm and inquired about their parking. I spoke with their desk clerk, AJ, who told me the parking was across the st and that when you check in you pay and then can park and walk right over. My daughter arrived at the hotel around 12am, she parked in the front and proceeded to wheel herself in. She was greeted by their desk Clerk Sylvia, who proceeded to tell my daughter that since she would not be 21 for another month she could not check her in, no where on Expedia did it state you needed to be 21 to check, the agent at expedia told me after the fact that it stated it in the contract but was not listed on their website, nor did AJ tell me when I spoke with him and Told him "my children are coming in from out of town". Sylvia says they can cancel the reservation I made on Expedia and I can call the manager in the morning to see if he will refund my original booking and that the girls could rebook under my daughter's friends name for an additional $175.00. I called the corporate offices, as Sylvia had zero compassion and zero customer service skills. Gary at corporate was very helpful and did get Sylvia to check my daughter in under my original booking.

When arriving, our bed sheets had. stains and hairs on them. We asked the front desk if it could be changed, and it appeared it never was. During the night, the entire frame of one of our beds gave out and broke. Overall everyone was really nice the room was just not very good.
