Stellar service!!! I have never been treated better in my life! The staff was absolutely incredible! This is the experience you expect when traveling, especially abroad, after such a long flight! I can’t recommend and praise William’s Houses and staff enough! I would never stay anywhere else in Akrotiri orSantorini! Efcharisto!

Like the view, the balcony, private sunning area, comfortable bed, breakfast delivered in bed, restaurant next door, vehicle travel options immediately available, assistance for anything needed Disliked walk to bus stop, practical but lengthy - Not Williams House issue it is just where the service is.

We had a split level apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the Caldera. An outstanding view The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast delivered to your room is very good indeed

Beautiful stay in the quiet Akrotiri
My husband and I LOVED our stay here. We got the junior suite and adored everything about it. Location is on the opposite side of the island from Oia (where all the google images are from) BUT you’re close to the lighthouse sunset that’s much less crowded and just as beautiful. I definitely recommend staying here. Rent an ATV while you’re at it.

Fantastic stay at Williams house
We had a fantastic stay at Williams house, the room was specious and clean, we had a very nice balcony viewing the caldera and sea. The bathroom was clean and specious, and kitchenette had enough appliances for our few days stay. The hotel management very nice, friendly and helpful, and provided us with good tips where to visit. The hotel is located on a quiet road, but I don’t recommend walking to and from bus stop in summer time as it is an a bit steeply road and could be quite warm we had a car and free parking in front of the hotel so no problem.

Williams Houses is a lovely family run property, in a quiet and beautiful part of Santorini. As a couple we specifically booked the 3 person split level room, which has the huge balcony overlooking the island, you can see the caldera and the south side of the island. Highly recommend this room. Some confusion first night as the room wasn't ready and they put us in a different one with no explanation why, but was sorted the next morning after I pointed out it wasn't what we booked. Breakfast could be a bit hit and miss for some, but it was fine enough for us and set us up for the day. Is the only place I'd want to stay if I ever go back to Santorini!
