Reception of hotel is located on first floor, but on the outside you are welcomed by security and concierges, making you feel welcome. Frontdesk helps you promptly and even got us our room at 9:00AM after early arrival. Nice room at the inside of the of the hotel overlooking the swimming pool and restaurant area. Ask for a room at the 'backside' of the hotel, it's opposite the pool area (frontside). Housekeeping is very friendly and leaves clean room. Restaurant staff is very helpful too. The breakfast is fine, dinnerbuffets and a la carte dining fine too. Helping you to figure out a reasonable price for taxifares. Hotel is located in highend area called Gueliz (from the églises which were there around 1900).
