Now Apartments

Wanted to find a place close to Cinque Terre that we could go with our family. The town of La Spezia is right on the train line. The place was out favorite on the entire 2 week trip to Italy as it was modern with tons of amenities (including a washer and dryer in the apt). My daughters want to eventually decorate their homes the same way. Highly recommended.

The checking was unacceptable. Not told that checking was at purse store next door. It was raining. Alessandro owner was in front in doorway talking on the phone. staring at me while I buzzed 5 different apts and said nothing. I even went around corner to see if another entrance was there. finally My friend dialed phone number. It was busy. Dialed again and it was him Alessandro Who got off phone call. He never apologized and even had attitude. Would never Stay there again because of him.

The apartment is excellent and in a great location. There is a supermarket around the corner and many cafe's and restaurants close by. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which seems to be a rarity in Italy in my experience. The manager, Alessando, let us leave our bags in his shop when we arrived before check-in, and let us leave our bags there after check-out while we explored Rome. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay in Rome.
