The only thing we could fault this hotel was on the gym other than that it was very nice very clean secure

This was a good value stay. We were up on the 68th floor, and the view was amazing. The unit was fairly basic, but very good value for money. Staff were very helpful, check in and out was very efficient.

The stay was not very pleasant as Roma street train station is across from it and you cannot get a good night's sleep with the noise of the trains,would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends

The suite is in good condition， But the staffing in the property is not enough, sometimedtake a long time to response.

I booked this room on the wotif website because I was stranded in Brisbane with no money and I didn’t have my credit card on me as a new card had been mailed to my home address while I was abroad. I arrived at the hotel 10 mins later to check in. The clerk asked me to fill out a check-in form and after that I was asked how I would like to pay for the room. I asked if I could charge the room to the credit card that was used to book the room on wotif as I only have $5 cash and could not draw money from an atm because I didn’t have my card. They said I wouldn’t be able to stay at the hotel because it was policy that I show my card to stay. They kicked me to the street. I had to stay at the bus stop for the next 24 hours as my bus home (central Queensland) had been canceled due to a breakdown, this was my only home as all trains and planes had already departed. The next day day to my surprise the Meriton Hotel had charged me for the room and claimed that I never showed up. I was there, I filled out the check-form and I would have been on camera. I called wotif and asked for a refund they said they would contact the hotel. The hotel refused a refund after turning me away and taking my money. Pretty cool hotel would definitely recommend!!!

Great room and fabulous location. So great to find and excellent self contained unit in the CBD.

The surcharge on the credit card seeing we are all using cards during COVID

It was a terrible experience after paying almost a thousand dollars for 2 nights only! The most annoying thing was the terrible lifts that caused delays of close to an hour going up and down!! No Covid-19 rule was eventually followed as everyone was frustrated waiting for lifts!
