Hotel Chicago West Loop

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The best place to stay if you’re heading to United Center! It’s a short walk or there’s a free shuttle across the street at a restaurant that also serves yummy food and drinks!! The hotel is super clean and the staff are amazing!! You can easily park right at the hotel with in and out access!! We will definitely be back!!

hotel was clean and convenient to where I did not need a rental car. Bed was not very comfortable, but fine for 2 nights. A good location for 1 night, if you had something at the United Center.

This was my second stay at West Loop. The first a couple years ago. It is a fine hotel. Rooms are "cozy (small), but if all you are looking for is a bed and shower in a clean hotel, this one has it all. Some of the finishes are cheap which detract from the experience. Three was no desk and I had to spread out my papers on the bed and move the chair to work, but I survived. I do recall from my first visit that I dropped my credit card in the parking lot. Someone found it, turned it in and the desk came looking for me to return it. Nice. Kudos to the staff. Easy access to Hospital and downtown

Our stay was only for one night, but the receptionist was very hospitable and courteous to our needs.
